Khavn De La Cruz

Khavn De La Cruz[pronunciation?] (also known as KHAVN) is a Filipino singer, songwriter, pianist, filmmaker,[1] and poet.[citation needed] He is the founder and festival director of MOV International Film, Music and Literature Festival.[citation needed] Considered the father of Philippine digital filmmaking,[citation needed] Khavn has made 47 features and 112 short films since 1994.[2] His 46th[2][failed verification] feature, Ruined Heart, was lensed by Christopher Doyle and features Tadanobu Asano and Nathalia Acevedo.[3] It premiered in official competition at the 27th Tokyo International Film Festival.[4][5]
