Josh Broghamer is an American professional basketball coach who is an assistant coach for the Dallas Mavericks of the National Basketball Association (NBA).

Broghammer began his coaching career in the NBA as a video intern with the Phoenix Suns during the 2013-14 season.[1]
From 2014 to 2018, Broghamer worked with the Milwaukee Bucks as a video coordinator under head coach Jason Kidd and briefly under interim head coach Joe Prunty.[2]
From 2019 to 2023, Broghamer served in various roles with the Cleveland Cavaliers, including advance scout, assistant video coordinator, player development coach, and director of advance scouting.[3]
In 2023, Broghamer was hired as an assistant coach for the Dallas Mavericks under head coach Jason Kidd.[4]
Broghamer is married to his wife Laurel with whom he has one child.[5]
