Heroes Stand Alone is a 1989 American action film directed by Mark Griffiths.[1]
It was also known as Duncan's Dodgers.
The film was one of ten that Roger Corman made in Peru with Luis Llosa.[2][3] Star Chad Everett recalled the Peruvian location as among the most beautiful and dangerous he had encountered. "We filmed an armed conflict in the midst of armed conflict," he said.[4]
The New York Daily News called it "one of Concorde's better efforts, a tense, actionful entry... director Mark Griffiths manages to coax much mileage from his modest budget and premise."[5]
The Buffalo News said "it may have been a small effort but it's all on the screen... the best Roger Corman-produced film we've seen in some time."[6]
