Hashivar Rural District

Hashivar Rural District (Persian: دهستان هشيوار)^[3] is in the Central District of Darab County, Fars province, Iran.^[4] Its capital is the village of Shahnan.^[5]

Demographics

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 13,827 in 3,081 households.^[6] There were 14,241 inhabitants in 3,741 households at the following census of 2011.^[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 15,425 in 4,180 households. The most populous of its 72 villages was Banuj, with 2,676 people.^[2]
