Haicheng District

Haicheng (Chinese: 海城; pinyin: Hǎichéng; Jyutping: hoi2sing4; lit. 'sea city'; Zhuang: Haijcwngz) is the seat of the city of Beihai, Guangxi, China. It has an area of 140 square kilometres (54 sq mi) and a population of 240,000 as of 2004[update].
