Gregory Benton Jefferson (born August 31, 1971) is an American former professional football player who was a defensive end in the National Football League (NFL). He was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the third round of the 1995 NFL draft.[1] He played college football for the UCF Knights. He became a teacher after his football career.

Jefferson is currently a teacher for Orange County Public Schools. He has two daughters, both are professional weightlifters who graduated from Ocoee High School.[3]
