The 7" single included an edited version of the song on the A-side and an instrumental version on the B-side.[2] The 12" single included an extended "Dance version" instead.[3] "Riding the Tiger" was also released as a single in the United Kingdom and Germany.
"Why Did You Turn Me On" was the second single and was only released in the United States in September 1983. The album track "Let Somebody Love You" was the B-side.[4]
