In March 2025, the company announced an intent to operate its first flight service in May 2025 under contract with charter airline HiFly Malta.

Corporate organisation

The company was created and announced by James Asquith, the founder of online travel company Holiday Swap.[4] The company has hired industry veterans including Richard Stephenson, the former communications director for the UK Civil Aviation Authority.[7][8] Other advisors to the company include former Virgin Galactic investor Matthew Brown.[9][10]

Proposed destinations

In March 2025, the company announced an intent to operate its first flight service in May of 2025 between Glasgow Airport and John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York. The company invited consumers to register for a 'VIP Pre-Sale' with no ticket prices listed for the proposed service between Glasgow and New York.[11]Intended to be operated by HiFly Malta, the company's proposed schedule will see one of the company's A380 aircraft remain in New York for four days before returning to the UK to operate a second service from Manchester to New York.[citation needed]

In November 2023, the company announced a maintenance and refurbishment contract with JETMS, a Lithuanian company that is certified to repair small executive jets and narrow-body regional aircraft.[13] The following month, it announced the appointment of Factorydesign as its 'cabin design partner'.[14]
