He made his Serie C debut for Foggia on 30 August 2014 in a game against Martina Franca.[1]
On 30 July 2019, he signed a 3-year contract with Reggina.[2]
On 31 August 2023, Loiacono joined Crotone on a two-year contract.[3]
On 24 July 2024, Loiacono moved to Ternana for two years.[4]
