Gilberto Rafael Mora Zambrano (born 14 October 2008) is a Mexican footballer who plays as a midfielder for Tijuana.

Mora was born on 14 October 2008 in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Mexico. He is the son of Mexican footballer Gilberto Mora.[1] As a youth player, he joined the youth academy of Mexican side Tijuana. He was described as "one of the most outstanding elements in the lower divisions of the team".[2] He started his senior career with the club. On 19 August 2024, he debuted for them during a 3–1 win over Santos Laguna. On 31 August 2024, he scored his first goal for them during a 2–1 win over León. He became the youngest player to score a goal in the Mexican top flight.[3]
Mora is a Mexico youth international. He has played for the Mexico national under-15 team, Mexico national under-16 team, and Mexico national under-17 team. He made sixteen appearances and scored nine goals while playing for the Mexico national under-15 team.
