Summarize
Perspective
The cat-like mutant Feral attempted to escape from the tyrannical rule of the Morlock, Masque. She was saved from Masque by Cable, and agreed to join Cable's paramilitary group X-Force in return for protection.[6]
During the "X-Cutioner's Song" event, Feral is attacked by the X-Men and X-Factor alongside X-Force. She is captured by Wolverine and taken prisoner with X-Force by the X-Men and X-Factor.[7][8][9] Feral later receives a new costume and leaves Xavier's mansion with the rest of X-Force.[10]
Feral later betrays X-Force and joins the terrorist group known as the Mutant Liberation Front.[11] She is arrested for killing three members of her family and Harry Bellinger, her mother's boyfriend.
While imprisoned, Feral discovers that she is infected with the Legacy Virus. The virus affects Feral's mind, leading her to join a new incarnation of the Hellions led by King Bedlam.[12] After being cured of the virus, Feral joins the Mumbai branch of the X-Corporation along with Thornn, Warpath, and Sunfire.[13]
Feral and Thornn both lose their powers after M-Day, when the Scarlet Witch depowers most mutants on Earth. However, they regain their powers after being experimented on by the mutant geneticist Romulus. Feral assists Wolverine in tracking down Sabretooth, during which Sabretooth kills her.[14]
Years later, Feral is resurrected by the Five and resides on Krakoa alongside other mutants, including her former teammates of X-Force.[15]
Powers and abilities
Feral possesses superhuman and feline attributes.[16][17] Her powers include superhuman speed, agility, stamina, senses, and reflexes.[18] Her regenerative healing factor allows her to heal faster than a human.[19] She has sharp claws, fangs, and a prehensile tail.[20]
