A farming town located 45 kilometres (28 mi) west of Arras at the junction of the N39 and D100 roads. Croix-en-Ternois is about 60 kilometres (37.3 mi) south of Calais.
Croix-en-Ternois has a small motorcycle race track named Circuit de Croix-en-Ternois.
