Cesar Mora is an Australian professional vert skater known for his significant contributions to the sport's development. He is the only skater to have competed in all ten of the first X Games.[1] Throughout his career at the X Games, he secured four medals: a gold medal in 1998, two silver medals in 1995 and 1999, and a bronze in 2000.[2]

Born in Madrid, Spain, Mora moved to Sydney, Australia. Before taking up skating he represented Australia in youth soccer, Mora went to the United States and England before training with the Spanish football club Rayo Vallecano. Upon returning to Sydney, Mora started skating at Bondi Beach, where he practiced his skills on the vertical ramp and quickly gained recognition for his creative skating style.
During his career Mora was ranked #1 in the sport of Vert Skating multiple times and achieved world champion status. He skated for Roces Skates from 1994 to 1998, before switching to K2 Skates from 1999 to 2004. In addition to his skating career, Mora also pursued artistic interests, including illustration, creative drawing, and graphic design.
In 1998, Mora was the first skater to land a 1080° in competition. In the same year, he landed the first reverse 1260°. Featuring his signature backflips, Mora's performances were high-energy.
In 2000, Mora stopped competing for a short period after a fall at the Melbourne Planet X Games that resulted in a broken arm and wrist.
In 2003, Mora was featured in the video game Rolling, alongside some of the most prominent skaters of the time. Mora is widely regarded as a pioneer in vert skating.
