Centhaquine

Centhaquine (brand name Lyfaquin) is a cardiovascular drug.^[1] In India, it is approved for the treatment of hypovolemic shock.^[2]

Centhaquine is a vasopressor that activates α_2A- and α_2B-adrenoreceptors.^[3] It increases venous return and improves tissue perfusion.
