Carroll M. Brown Jr. is an American Republican party politician who represents the Grafton 10th district in the New Hampshire House of Representatives. He represents the towns of Bridgewater and Bristol.

Brown is originally from Hampton, New Hampshire, and his parents built Brownie's Motel near the beach.[3] He received a bachelor of science degree in biology[4] from Bridgewater State College and previously worked for the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services.[5] He is also a member of the Bristol Conservation Commission and is a select board alternative representative on the Bristol Economic Development Committee.[6]
He was opposed the successful bipartisan bill to ban certain products with intentionally added per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, known as forever chemicals.[7]
