Buturlinovsky District (Russian: Бутурли́новский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[5] district (raion), one of the thirty-two in Voronezh Oblast, Russia. It is located in the center of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,802 square kilometers (696 sq mi).[2] Its administrative center is the town of Buturlinovka.[1] Population: 44,139 (2021 Census);[7] 52,575 (2010 Census);[3] 57,204 (2002 Census);[8] 60,915 (1989 Soviet census).[9] The population of Buturlinovka accounts for 55.3% of the district's total population.[7]
