Bolsheukovsky District

Bolsheukovsky District (Russian: Большеуко́вский райо́н) is an administrative^[1] and municipal^[4] district (raion), one of the thirty-two in Omsk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the northwest of the oblast. The area of the district is 9,500 square kilometers (3,700 sq mi).^[2] Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Bolshiye Uki.^[1] Population: 8,174 (2010 Census);^[3] 9,707 (2002 census);^[6] 11,130 (1989 Soviet census).^[7] The population of Bolshiye Uki accounts for 50.9% of the district's total population.^[3]
