Robert Eugene Argo (November 18, 1923 – July 7, 2016) was an American politician and insurance executive. An alumnus of the University of Georgia,[2][3] Argo served in the Civil Air Patrol and later in the United States Coast Guard during World War II.[4] Argo was elected to the Georgia House of Representatives in 1977, and served until 1986.[5]
