Bandaru Sravani Sree (born 3 August 1990) is an Indian politician from Andhra Pradesh. In the 2024 Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly election, she secured victory, thereby becoming an MLA for the first time from the Singanamala Assembly constituency in Anantapur district, which is reserved for the SC community. She is a member of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP).

Early life and education

Sravani completed her Master's in Mass Communications in 2013 from St. Francis College for Women in Hyderabad.[1]

Political career

Sravani started her political career in 2019 by unsuccessfully contesting from the Singanamala Assembly constituency as a TDP candidate, losing to Jonnalagadda Padmavathy of the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) by a margin of 46,242 votes.[2] She made a strong comeback in 2024, successfully contesting from the same constituency as a TDP candidate by defeating M. Veeranjaneyulu of the YSRCP with a margin of 8,788 votes and elected as the Member of Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly.[3]
