Askjem is a village in the municipality of Indre Fosen in Trøndelag county, Norway. The village is located near the southern tip of the Fosen peninsula, just west of the village of Stadsbygd.[3] The 0.38-square-kilometre (94-acre) village has a population (2018) of 304 and a population density of 800 inhabitants per square kilometre (2,100/sq mi).[1]
