Aniara sepulcralis
Species of beetle From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Remove ads
Aniara sepulcralis (often misspelled as sepulchralis) is a species of beetle in the family Cicindelidae, the only species in the genus Aniara.[2] This species is found in the Lesser Antilles, Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, Surinam, French Guiana, Ecuador and Brazil.[3]
Recent studies suggest that this species renders the genus Tetracha paraphyletic, and is likely to be included in that genus in the future.[4]
