Andro Dreams is a 2023 non-feature Manipuri documentary film directed by Meena Longjam.[1][2] The film is produced by Airameen Media and Jani Viswanath.[3][4] It was the opening film in the Indian Panorama Non-Feature Film section at the 54th International Film Festival of India 2023.[5][6][7]

Andro Dreams got official selection at the 15th International Documentary and Short Film Festival of Kerala 2023 among 14 films in the Competition Long Documentary category.[8][9][10] It also got selections at the 5th Korean International Ethnographic Film Festival 2023; Festival International de Cine de Fusagasuga' 2023; 8th Aswan International Women Film Festival 2024, Egypt and 13th Iran International FICTS Festival 2024.[11][12][13] A special screening of the film was held by North East Cell of Hindu College, University of Delhi on 17 October 2024.
The film is about the love story of Phanjoubam Laibi, an old woman with spirited soul, and her three decades old all girls’ football club battling economic challenges, patriarchal system and orthodox in an ancient village of northeast India.
