Academic performance

In 2024, Alpha High School reported that its students scored an average of 1545 out of 1600 on their SATs.[2]

The school tasks each student with a "Masterpiece" project.[3] One such project is Station Mountain, a mountain bike park which opened in Marble Falls, Texas, in 2023, which was created by a high school senior at Alpha High School.[3] For his project, Rhett Jones created a pitch deck and business plan with financial spreadsheets.[4] He contacted 123 ranch owners who rejected his proposal, but managed to raise $350,000 and persuade a real estate investor to invest $3 million to buy the property and lease it back to him.[4] As of February 2024, the bike park was attracting many weekend visitors from throughout Texas.[4]
