Al Tazaj (Arabic: الطازج) is a BBQ and Fried chicken Saudi fast-casual restaurant chain headquartered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The chain has a presence in couple of countries in the Middle East.[1]

Saudi Arabia, for example, has 100 branches, and restaurants are also located in Jordan (7 branches), Morocco used to have one branch in Casa Blanca[2] but closed due to unknown reasons, and the United Arab Emirates with five branches in Dubai, 2 in both Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and one in Ajman though as of 2025, all branches in the UAE has closed to due multiple food safety violations after being bought by a new company.[3][4]
