Al Habtoor City (Arabic: الحبتور سيتي) is a multi-use development in Business Bay, Dubai, consisting of three hotels (rebranded in September 2024 to Al Habtoor Palace, Preferred Hotels & Resorts, V Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection by Hilton and Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City)[1][2][3] and three high-rise residential towers commissioned by the Al Habtoor Group in 2012.[4][5]

The residential three luxurious towers – Nora, Amna and Meera, include two 73-storey residential buildings and a third 52-storey tower with more than 1,400[6] apartment units, alongside 12 penthouses.[7][8] Within the Leisure Collection, Al Habtoor City will also feature a 1300-seat permanent water-themed show by Franco Dragone called La Perle, a tennis academy and clubhouse, one of which is air-conditioned,[9] and a car park with a capacity of 5000 cars.[10][11] In 2024 an elevated aluminum heliport was installed on top of the tennis academy.[citation needed]
The Al Habtoor Group announced the development of Al Habtoor Tower in May 2023,[12][13][14] poised to become one of the Dubai’s largest skyscrapers. It is situation along Sheikh Zayed Road overlooking the Dubai Water Canal and Burj Khalifa.[15] Featuring 1,701 apartments across 81 floors, it has the Deep Piling Foundation system and 600 MPa steel, the project prioritizes efficiency and environmental responsibility. It will pursue LEED Platinum Certification.[citation needed]
