Akhtachi-ye Sharqi Rural District

Akhtachi-ye Sharqi Rural District (Persian: دهستان آختاچی شرقی)[3] is in Simmineh District of Bukan County, West Azerbaijan province, Iran.[4] Its capital is the village of Dash Band.[5]

Demographics

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 9,571 in 1,739 households.[6] There were 9,916 inhabitants in 2,358 households at the following census of 2011.[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 11,877 in 3,514 households. The most populous of its 23 villages was Nachit, with 2,850 people.[2]
