2001 Soul Train Lady of Soul Awards

The 2001 Soul Train Lady of Soul Awards were held on August 28, 2001 at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium in Santa Monica, California.^[1] The seventh annual awards program was co-hosted by Luther Vandross, Leeza Gibbons, Eve, and Shemar Moore.^[2] Produced by Don Cornelius Productions in association with Tribune Entertainment Company, it aired on September 1, 2001.^[2]
