The 1999 South Carolina Gamecocks football team represented the University of South Carolina in the Southeastern Conference (SEC) during the 1999 NCAA Division I-A football season. In 1999, South Carolina went 0–11, surpassing the previous season as the worst record in program history.^[1] This was the Gamecocks' first winless season in over a hundred years. South Carolina finished the 1990s with a 41–67–3 record.^[2]
