The 1970 Idaho State Bengals football team represented Idaho State University as a member of the Big Sky Conference during the 1970 NCAA College Division football season. Led by third-year head coach Ed Cavanaugh, the Bengals compiled an overall record of 5–5 with a mark of 3–2 in conference play, placing second in the Big Sky.[1][2]
