Zhang Desheng

Zhang Desheng (Chinese: 张德生) (October 20, 1909[1] – March 4, 1965) also known as Zhang Shide (Chinese: 张世德), was a People's Republic of China politician. He was born in Yulin, Shaanxi. He was Chinese Communist Party Committee Secretary of Gansu (1949–1954) and Shaanxi (1954–1965). He died in office in Xi'an.[2][3][4]
