Yuko Takahashi (高橋 侑子, Takahashi Yūko, born 27 August 1991) is a Japanese triathlete. She won the gold medal in the women's triathlon at the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta, Indonesia.[1][2]

In 2021, she competed in the women's event at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.[4] She also competed in the mixed relay event.[5] In 2024, she competed in the women's triathlon at the Summer Olympics in Paris, France.[6]
