Worth Township is one of seventeen townships in Boone County, Iowa, United States. As of the 2000 census, its population was 655.

Worth Township was organized in 1858.[3] It is named for William J. Worth.[4]
Worth Township covers an area of 27.23 square miles (70.5 km2) and contains one incorporated settlement, Luther. According to the USGS, it contains four cemeteries: Hull, James Gildea, Sarah Dinwoodie and Squire Boone.
