William Handal Raudales

William Ulric Handal Raudales (born in 1945^[1]) is Vice President of Honduras during the administration of Carlos Roberto Flores from 1998 to 2002.^[2] He was the first vice president aka first presidential designate.^[3] He is from the Liberal Party.
