Vuong Xuan Nguyen (born May 7, 1980) is a journalist, social activist, ornamental plant expert, and rural development expert in Vietnam.[2] He is currently the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Rural Development Science, head of the Department of Culture and Development E-Magazine,[3] and chief of staff of the Hanoi Ornamental Plant Association, Director of the Institute of Art, Culture and Economics Vietnam.[4][5][6]
