Villasalto, Bidda de Sartu or Bidda de Saltu in sardinian language, is a Comune/Comunu (municipality) in the Province of South Sardinia in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 40 kilometres (25 mi) northeast of Cagliari. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,282 and an area of 130.1 square kilometres (50.2 sq mi).[2]
