Wyoming State Highway 28 (South Pass Highway) is a 2 lane State Highway stretching 96.5 miles from its split from Wyoming 372 near the Seedskadee National Wildlife Refuge, across the high plains and over South Pass until its junction with US 287 8 miles south of Lander, Wyoming. It follows the route followed by settlers on the Oregon Trail. [2]
