The Libertarian Party (Spanish: Partido Libertario; PL) is a right-wing Argentinian political party. It was formed on 16 October, 2018, and is ideologically right-libertarian. It has representatives from 8 districts: the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, and the provinces of Buenos Aires, Catamarca, Corrientes, La Pampa, Mendoza, San Juan, and Santa Fe. It is one of the founding and integrated parties of La Libertad Avanza.

It first participated in the 2019 presidential election, running candidate José Luis Espert for president. In the 2019 legislative election it co-founded the the political coalition La Libertad Avanza and ran Javier Milei as a candidate for National Deputy, which he won with 17% of the vote, obtaining its first legislative representative.
It is currently supporting Milei as a candidate for president in the 2023 general election.
