Udumalai, also known as Udumalaipettai and Udumalpet (Tamil: [iɖimalaɪppeːʈʈaɪ]), is a town in Tiruppur district in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It is located 535 km (332 mi) south west from the state capital, Chennai and 72 km (45 mi) from Coimbatore.
