In the near future human emotion has been eradicated by a government-imposed daily vitamin but two young lovers skip their daily dose.[1]
Turn Me On was produced by Sean Bradley with Zareh Nalbandian, Toby Nalbandian and Gregory Schmidt of Truant Pictures.[2] Bel Powley and Nick Robinson were cast in the lead roles in February 2022.[3] Principal photography was scheduled to begin in November 2022,[4] and had wrapped by mid-May 2023.[2]
At the 2022 Cannes Film Festival it was reported that IFC Films acquired the North American distribution rights.[5] The film made it to the 'New Directors' lineup of the 72nd San Sebastián International Film Festival in September 2024.[6]
