Trent Redden (born October 26, 1983) is an American basketball executive who is currently the general manager for the Los Angeles Clippers of the National Basketball Association (NBA).

Redden was born on October 26, 1983, in Sacramento, California, and attended Sheldon High School.[1]
Redden played at SMU for two years in which he played in three total career games during the 2003–04 season.[2] He graduated in 2006.
Redden started his career at Cleveland where he was the basketball operations manager and a scout for the Cavaliers. After five years, Redden was promoted to be the team's assistant general manager and vice president of basketball operations.[3] In the 2016 season Redden won an NBA Championship with the Cavaliers.[4] After ten total years with the Cavaliers, Redden would be hired as the assistant general manager for the Los Angeles Clippers.[5][6] After six years, Redden would get his first general manager job as the Clippers would promoted him to be the team's general manager.[7][8]
