Tilton is a town on the Winnipesaukee River in Belknap County, New Hampshire, United States. The population was 3,962 at the 2020 census,[2] up from 3,567 at the 2010 census.[3] It includes the villages of Tilton and Lochmere and part of the village of Winnisquam.
