Saini (pronunciationā) is a caste of northern India. The community is given representation in government jobs and educational institutes as an Other Backward Class (OBC)[1] in the states of Uttar Pradesh,[2] Punjab,[3] Haryana,[4] Rajasthan[5] and Madhya Pradesh.[6]
