Robert Osgood

Robert Endicott Osgood (1921–1986) was an expert on foreign and military policy, and the author of several significant texts on international relations.[1] He taught at Johns Hopkins University for twenty five years, and also served as an advisor to Ronald Reagan during the latter's 1980 presidential campaign.[2]
