Richard E. Baldwin is a professor of international economics at the IMD Business School. He is Editor-in-Chief of VoxEU,[2] which he founded in June 2007,[3][4] and was President of the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) from 2014 to 2018. He is a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research and was twice elected as a Member of the Council of the European Economic Association.
