Pyotr Pavlovich Serkov (Russian: Пётр Павлович Серков, born 7 July 1955) is a Russian lawyer and jurist who has served as the acting Chief Justice of Russia since the death of Vyacheslav Lebedev until Irina Podnosova was appointed Chief Justice on 17 April 2024.[1] He started his judicial career in Ulyanovsk Oblast. From 2003 to 2009, he served as President of the Judicial Chamber on Administrative Cases of the Supreme Court of Russia. Since 2009, he serves as the First Deputy Chief Justice of Russia.
