Pavlovsky District (Russian: Па́вловский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[4] district (raion), one of the thirty-two in Voronezh Oblast, Russia. It is located in the center of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,886 square kilometers (728 sq mi).[citation needed] Its administrative center is the town of Pavlovsk.[1] Population: 51,144 (2021 Census);[6] 57,081 (2010 Russian census);[2] 59,355 (2002 Census);[7] 58,526 (1989 Soviet census).[8] The population of Pavlovsk accounts for 43.8% of the district's total population.[6]
