The club play their home match in Mandala Krida. Nicknamed Laskar Mataram, they were founded as Perserikatan Sepakraga Mataram in 1929, but changed their name to PSIM one year after.[1] PSIM is also one of the founders of Indonesian football association PSSI, along with six other clubs.
