Okoneshnikovsky District (Russian: Оконе́шниковский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[5] district (raion), one of the thirty-two in Omsk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the southeast of the oblast. The area of the district is 3,100 square kilometers (1,200 sq mi).[2] Its administrative center is the urban locality (a work settlement) of Okoneshnikovo.[1] Population: 14,791 (2010 Census);[3] 17,280 (2002 Census);[7] 19,744 (1989 Soviet census).[8] The population of Okoneshnikovo accounts for 35.2% of the district's total population.[3]
