Oghlan Tappeh Rural District (Persian: دهستان اغلانتپه) is in Ramjin District of Chaharbagh County, Alborz province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Oghlan Tappeh,[2] whose population in 2016 was 2,085 in 635 households.[3]

In August 2010, Karaj County, Nazarabad County, and Savojbolagh County were separated from Tehran province in the establishment of Alborz province.[4]
In September 2019, Chaharbagh District was separated from Savojbolagh County in the establishment of Chaharbagh County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with Chaharbagh as its capital and only city.[2]
