Mohd Reza Mohd Sany

Mohd Reza bin Mohd Sany (born 13 August 1963 in Kuala Lumpur) is a Malaysian retired admiral who served as 17th Chief of Royal Malaysian Navy.^[1][2]

In this Malay name, there is no surname or family name. The name Mohd Sany is a patronymic, and the person should be referred to by their given name, Mohd Reza. The word "bin" or "binti"/"binte" means 'son of' or 'daughter of', respectively.
